Kasuri Methi

Kasuri Methi consists of dried fenugreek leaves with a distinctive savoury, earthy aroma. Crushed gently between the palms before adding, it releases its fragrance and gives curries and gravies a familiar restaurant-style finish.

Ideal for paneer dishes, creamy gravies, dal, naan, vegetables and North Indian recipes.
