We strive to ensure that every Shriyam order reaches you fresh, safely packed and within the estimated delivery timeline.

Free Delivery: Delivery within a 5 km radius of our designated delivery location will be provided free of charge.
Delivery Beyond 5 km: For orders placed beyond the 5 km delivery radius, additional delivery charges may apply. Such charges may vary depending on the delivery distance, location, order size and applicable delivery-partner charges and will be communicated to the customer at the time of placing the order.

Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, availability of products, traffic, weather conditions, delivery-partner availability and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Shriyam shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues: Customers are requested to check the package at the time of delivery and promptly notify Shriyam of any visible damage, tampering, leakage or incorrect product received.

Delivery charges, where applicable, are separate from the price of the products and may be communicated before the order is confirmed.
